漆霧凝聚劑一般分為A、B兩劑組成，A劑是分解及去除各類漆粘性，主要成份有機高分子聚合物，適合在噴漆房循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中添加，分解去除殘漆粘性，同時將水中油漆重金屬去除，并控制循環(huán)水生物活性，使循環(huán)水不易產(chǎn)生惡臭，同時可降低COD含量及廢水處理成本。B劑是一種特殊高分子聚合物，可將除去粘性的漆渣凝聚懸浮達到上浮之效果，便于去除。

四、使用方法 INSTRUCTIONS

1、建議未使用前先清槽換水，換水后先用氫氧化鈉調(diào)整水質(zhì)控制PH值在8-10，同時加完漆霧凝聚劑A，B劑之后整體循環(huán)水的PH能在7-8。

2、換水后上午加漆霧凝聚劑A劑在噴房抽水馬達處，加好后照常生產(chǎn)和噴漆，在下班前加漆霧凝聚劑B劑在即聚漆槽，下班后打撈懸浮漆渣即可。

3、A劑和B劑的添加比例為1比1，實際用量需根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況調(diào)整。

4、可人工添加或計量添加泵自動添加，根據(jù)過噴漆量的大小來調(diào)整計量泵的液流速度與排量大小。

五、儲存和包裝 STORAGE&PACKAGING

1、本產(chǎn)品應(yīng)儲存于陰涼處，避免陽光直射，A劑保質(zhì)期為6個月，B劑保質(zhì)期1個月。

2、本產(chǎn)品用25KG、50KG或1000KG塑料桶包裝。
