目前常規(guī)的焦化廢水處理方法是采用生化處理，但是由于含有眾多難降解的有機物，無法達到排放標準，在生化法之后的深度處理中，應當著重解決難降解基團的去除，可使用焦化廢水脫色絮凝劑配合活性炭。

The current conventional coking wastewater treatment method uses biochemical treatment, but because it contains many difficult-to-degrade organics, it cannot meet the emission standards. In the advanced treatment after the biochemical method, the removal of refractory groups should be focused on, and the coking wastewater can be used for decolorization. The flocculant is combined with activated carbon.

二、產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成 COMPOSITION

1、 焦化廢水脫色絮凝劑：雙氤胺甲醛在聚合過程中添加兩到三種改性劑縮聚而成的一種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的高分子聚合物。

2、 活性炭：粉末活性炭復配硫酸鋁或聚氯化鋁或COD去除劑的混合固體。

2. Activated carbon: powdered activated carbon is a mixed solid of aluminum sulfate or polyaluminum chloride or COD remover.

四、使用方法 INSTRUCTIONS

1、 用水稀釋本產(chǎn)品或原液直接加入污水中，攪拌數(shù)分鐘，加入活性炭攪拌數(shù)分鐘進行沉降或氣浮，可得到脫色后的清液。

2、 廢水的PH值應先調(diào)整到7. 5-9.0為宜。

3、 經(jīng)生化處理后的廢水經(jīng)多個焦化廠實際使用后得到投加量大致為，脫色絮凝劑100-300ppm，活性炭800-1500ppm。

1. Dilute this product with water or add the original solution directly to the sewage, stir for a few minutes, add activated carbon and stir for a few minutes for sedimentation or air flotation, and the decolorized clear liquid can be obtained.

2. The PH value of wastewater should be adjusted to 7. 5-9.0 first.

3. The dosage of wastewater after biochemical treatment is roughly 100-300ppm for decolorizing flocculant and 800-1500ppm for activated carbon after actual use in multiple coking plants.

五、儲存和包裝 STORAGE&PACKAGING

1、 本產(chǎn)品屬于一般化工品，宜在室溫下儲存，勿在烈日下暴曬。

2、 本產(chǎn)品用塑料桶包裝，每桶1000KG, 1250KGIBC包裝及根據(jù)客戶要求定制的其他規(guī)格。

3、 低溫儲存時如有分層、發(fā)白現(xiàn)象，攪勻后使用不影響其效果，建議保存溫度-10至30°C。

2. This product is packed in plastic barrels, 1000KG per barrel, 1250KGIBC packaging and other specifications customized according to customer requirements.

3. If there is stratification or whitening during low temperature storage, use after mixing will not affect its effect. It is recommended to store at -10 to 30°C.
